The app organizes shooting days around role-based task assignment, allowing directors, producers, DOPs, camera operators, sound engineers, lighting technicians, and production assistants to receive specific assignments with exact timing and completion tracking.
The props and equipment management system uses status tags including Needed, Acquired, On Set, Returned, and Damaged, enabling real-time inventory visibility across all departments. Each prop entry includes quantity tracking, team assignment, and category organization under General, Furniture, and Technical classifications. The checklist system divides production workflows into Preparation, Day Start, Day End, and Equipment categories with individual item completion tracking and progress percentage calculations.
Daily schedule planning logs actual timings against planned schedules, generating operational insights about delays, efficiency patterns, and department performance. The built-in text assistant generates checklists based on project requirements, manages timing coordination between departments, and produces concise day wrap reports summarizing completed tasks, pending items, and carryover work for subsequent shoot days. All data persists locally on iPad with iOS 16.0 or later compatibility.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with active, in progress, and completed status indicators. Each project displays client information, shoot day count, duration tracking, and real-time status badges. Filter projects by completion state and view consolidated metrics across all productions.
Assign tasks to specific production roles including Director, Producer, DOP, Camera, Sound, Lighting, and Production departments. Each task card shows assignee name, scheduled time, completion status with circular indicators, and editable fields. Track total, done, in progress, and pending tasks with numerical counters.
